Hotel has amazing location near slope. Rooms are average spacewise. Furniture basic but functional. Cleanliness is ok. There is a spa and pool which are great after snow. Food - average but ok. Staff is polite and helpfull. Have fun!
Nice place. Great views. Quite nice and clean rooms. Lot of activities indoors plus there are slopes just outside. For the fifth star they would need to improve the food but I can still recommend you to try traditional \mititei\ (order 3-5 pcs ).
Definitely not a 3-star hotel. The rooms and the bathroom haven't beed renovated since forever. The bathroom was the least clean i've ever seen in a hotel. The staff is rude and i've found dirty cutlery and glasses at the restaurant. I am sorry i did not photographed it

Servirea la terasă este groaznică, stai 45 minute și nu te observă nimeni iar în final când vine\fata de la bar\ îți spune foarte iritată că nu este treaba ei să ia comanda cu toate că este terasă cu restaurant șinici meniul nu îl mai aduce,foarte groaznic acest mod de a trata clienți.Evitați cât mai mult acest estaurant\ cu toate că mâncarea este foarte bună și au o echipă de bucătari foarte pricepuți, partea de servire este groaznică,nu ajungi să guști acele preparate iar acest lucru trage mult hotelul în jos.
