Here in this village store you find the best swiss-type cheese you can get in the wider region. Made from locally sourced milk, carefully aged for up to 12 months, the hard cheese varieties (the one they quite obviously call Hard cheese, the Súgó variety named after a nearby cave) are a must-try for anyone who likes fine cheese.
