Poor quality and services, not so clean, the food was ok, but some of the restaurant personal definitely in the wrong place. The best part is they have 2 indoor pools and a salty sauna. Also more cleaning is needed. No familly or kids park or staying place. For the spending time they only rely on the main external outside pool and green grass area place.

Slow service, uncooked food. How hard it is to grill chicken?
This place is very outdated. I paid for a room with AC and "jacuzzi". The AC unit is not working. Just making noise. After filling up the so called "jacuzzi tub" surprise!!! Not working. Went down to the reception and nobody was there. This gentleman showed up and told him about the situation. He came up to my room with a toilet plunger, and primed the water pump. The water was nasty after the procedure and the lady who was helping him grabbed my towel and wiped her hands. I just quit using it. The showerhad was spilling the water all across the bathroom. I asked for the manager. No manager. I don't like to write bad reviews but this situation was not acceptable. Tășnad area is very nice and benefits of the thermal water are amazing. The service at this hotel is very poor. I don't recommend to anyone to stay here.
We spent a week in Tasnad for my sister in law wedding. While we had many meals with the family we ended up making the restaurant at the Maryssa our go to place. First of the service was great, with all guests speaking only French and English it was difficult to get understood. But the manager Virginia put us at ease on the first day. We where not the easiest group, a little rowdy and coming at any time of the day but.they always had a table ready. The food was good, while different. Breakfast was nice and fresh, orange juice is fresh squeezed, coffee is ok too. Menu offer a good variety and they offer good pizza and pasta. The setting on the terrasse is really nice and airy with a direct view and access to the pool. The staff however really made our stay enjoyable and can't say thank you enough. Mulțumiri!! :-)
Incep cu telecomanda care arata si este dezgustatoare si unsuroasa, baia care parea curata la prima impresie, ma leg doar de mirosul de canal si wc-ul curatat partial, sper sa raman sanatos, caloriferul blocat, toata noaptea a fost la maxim, fiind la mansarda nu am putut deschide geamul din cauza vantului puternic, deci m-am trezit ca si o stafida dezhidratata. Perdeaua gen baldachin plina de gongi moarte din lipsa plasei de tantari. Mancarea bunicica, masajul mi-a placut, cladirea draguta dar nu am sa mai aleg aceasta locatie. Pacat ca nimeni nu face nimic in sensul ca pozele de prezentare sunt de la inceputuri iar realitatea este alta la fel ca si la alte locatii, indiferent de tara, asta se întâmplă peste tot in lume.
Nu am cum sa nu comentez ma gândeam,sa nu I dau nici o stea dar, totuși merita o stea pt Pizza de la restaurant foarte bună, în rest ar trebui schimbat personalul nu este amabil ajungi la ora 5 dupa masa vrei sa iei bilet la Piscina esti obligat sa ti iei bilet întreg pt 2 ore 3 persoane 75 lei ,unde ai placuta surpriza sa nu funcționeze asa zisul jacuzzi pt ca zic de la recepție ca este putina lume ,intr un cuvânt nu recomand acest hotel . O stea si nota 5 .
Nu am fost cazați în aceasta locație, am luat doar masa, precizez ca mâncarea e f bună, în special o pizza deosebit de gustoasa!!!
