unfortunately I cant rate lower than one star, this company is a big useless and unfunny joke, their employees are the rudest and laziest of people. the only jobs they do well is shutting up and finding fake excusess for anything they cant and dont know how to do.

Ordered online for pickup next day. I didn't get any e-mail of confirmation, any phone call from the delivery guy and nobody showed up, even though I was waiting for him the whole day. Very unprofessional company!
Very disappointed about the employees attitude. Rude approach from the lady’s side, patronizing in the moment I asked if they sell boxes as they are a delivery business and when I suggested they should take that in consideration she replied: “don’t tell me, say that to the company”. She definitely didn’t represent the company. I could even say this review is on her so far...

Did not receive txt or call, the delivery guy called me when he got to my place. My grandma had to take it, so I'll go later to her place to take the delivery. Also, the delivery guy was very mean.

Ordered online for pickup next day between 9 and 13, payment at delivery. Shows up at 15, and needs payment on pickup, because the system says so. Can't modify it or insert a new order on the spot. So I have to place a new order, so they can mess that up again? Never heard of customer service?
Now this is a low category business! They will keep your stuff for 3 days because they are over congested with parcels and deliver it at the last possible moment contractually!
