The personel is inpatient and arrogant. Which is a pity, since their attitude could attract more costumers. Also, I would kindly like to mention to the costumer care that some of the clients don't like to be interrupted multiple time in mid sentence by your employees using a belittling tone, they just need to feel that they are heard, as a first step. Some kind words could follow as a second step.
