I can't praise this holiday enough. I've never been on an organised tour before, but I wasn't disappointed. Firstly I must praise our guide, Cristian. His ornithological knowledge was endless, the fact that he was an enthusiast himself motivated the whole group. He was also an engaging character, from the moment he found and greeted us in Otopeni Airport, to the moment he took us back there, we felt looked after. He was always pleasant, patient, and humorous, so his personality was a major component in making the holiday so successful. The food and accommodation was great; the floating hotel was a marvel to me, and I loved all the locations. The Delta was incredible, I've never seen so much wildlife. I also liked the honesty option to buy wine, beer and țuică. Just a marvellous holiday - and our guide had a lot to do with that.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Ibis Tours! From the beginning of helping us select the right tour for our times to rescheduling because of our missed flight Ioana was great at communicating and planning. Our actual tour was fantastic. Our guide, Floren, was extremely knowledgeable and fun to spend the day on the boat with. We came from the US to the Danube Delta for this birding trip and were not disappointed.
Great people, good communication, all what you would expect to get an unforgetable tour. Good options of personalised itineraries, superb lunch along the way. 100% recommended.

Un sejur in Delta Dunarii cu pontonul este o experienta unica. Mancarea este fffff buna, personalul extrem de serviabil, dragut si zambitor, am avut un concediu super cu Ibis, recomand din tot sufletul!
Excelente agencia para una visita de naturaleza, los guías entendidos y amables, solo una pega con los alojamientos que no están adaptados, recomendable para naturalistas.
