Had a dinner at the Hotel's restaurant, with my family, it was delicious and pretty quickly served. The restaurant was weirdly quiet but we enjoyed our meal, and the view.

How come is this a 4 stars hotel? the furniture and the entire building are, at least, 20 years old. For this price you get a real 4 * hotel in countries like Spain but not here, in Romania. 60 per night, are u kidding me? The views from the balcony, only thing that makes it worth
I really didn't like the breakfast. Was sooo poor and always was smth missing, so one cannot have what to eat. The personal in the restaurant just staying there, without doing anything, better without them, I guess. The rooms are nice, good sleep. The bathroom needs a renovation and the towels are low quality. It's an expensive hotel, so, when you ask that money for a night sleep you should offer more. There was a strange smell in the lobby. I liked the dinner and that at the groundfloor there is a bar with terrace outdooor overlooking the water. Tulcea still looks like years ago, the promenada is was Ceausescu did and no one else did anything else. Such a pitty...
A very nice hotel, with a very good restaurant and a friendly staff. The rooms are clean with a wonderful Danube view. With a good food (Saramura de somn), free parking place, this hotel could have a good recommendation for Tulcea travelers.
Breakfasts are really bad. Because of covid I can understand some inconvenience but it's Esplanada standard. Bad internet in the hotel(wi-fi and cable). If you come for business and need to work online than you need to use hotspot from your phone. Restaurant is really slow, food is standard. Not enought parking places.
More than decent rooms. Breakfast should be improved. Overall a good hotel.
