!!!DON'T GO THERE/CALL THEM - WORST SERVICE EVER!!! We had some problems with our car, so we called at 8 am and within one hour somebody was supposed to come to our hotel to help us. What happened? NOTHING for a very long time! At 12.00 (4 hours later) this guy from Convenabil S.R.L. on the picture showed up with a tow truck. We asked him whether he was here for us, he just signed no and started SMOKING, DRINKING COFFEE with another guy and joking around. NO HURRY. After 10 minutes, as we wanted to go back inside, he called and told us to give him the keys (no please, no friendly language, just shouting around)... He couldn't do anything, wasn't able to speak English, so he decided to tow us to the next garage (even though we were still able to drive for a few kilometres). So, he told us (or rather a Romanian guy that helped us out and interpreted into English) to follow him to the garage. What happened? He just stopped somewhere on the road - doing everything else, BUT DEFINITELY NOT DOING HIS WORK (he made a detour to help some random guy loading his truck - the garage was supposed to close at 1pm and it was already 12.50 - so no time for something like this). After a few minutes, we told him to hurry up, so he abruptly stopped, was angry and started rushing through the city with 70 km/h, even though he knew our car was on emergency running mode and we couldn't go much faster than 30 km/h. This guy should have made a diagnosis about the car, instead we have been waiting for four hours for this tow-truck that we didn't need and for a guy who rather smoked, drank coffee or doing anything else but NOT DOING HIS WORK that he is supposed to do and gets paid for. Unfortunately, we don't know his name, but this guy should rather work somewhere else! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!
