Can't properly play WoW with my friend who lives there because of poor sound insulation. Neighbours communicate with each other by hitting the wall as a sign of 'please lower your voice'. Also you know the shower routine of each of your neighbour. Such precious information comes in free when you decide to buy an apartment there.

TLDR: Teapa romaneasca marca Alber Holding. De evitat. The apartments are sorta modern (in design). The signing process was fast. --- - The build quality of the interior has some minor flaws, work is done by subcontractors. - The kitchen was designed poorly, I had to spend additional money in order to fix it, it also has poor structure. - Open kitchen. - The interior walls are made of plasterboard. - The project was delayed for more than 1 year. - Poor customer service. You need to speak with the marketing guys when you need information or have a problem. You won't get any notifications, if you're missing something you'll need to take initiative and go bug the marketing guys until you get what you need. - Bad design for the internet, you'll need an electrician. - Two more buildings are in construction and the ETA is probably 2 years, this means two years of dust and noise. - The interior walls that separate the apartments are made out of BCA / AAC. - No additional sound proof insulation. You can hear neighbors through the walls. - Draconic contract, lots of obligations. - Fake marketing. No premium materials used. - Poor sound insulation from the outside, you can hear trains and dogs at night. - Some 5 start reviews are actually given by Vivalia employees.

Sunt extrem de multe lucruri care lasă de dorit când vine vorba despre acest complex. Calitatea lucrărilor și a materialelor este una josnică pentru prețul pe care îl plătești. Finisajele nu le-aș prea numi finisaje, pereții nu sunt drepți și nici egali, astfel că pe lângă dezamagire te mai lovești și de problema corpurilor de mobilă pe care trebuie sa le faci în așa fel încât ‘calitatea’ lucrării să nu fie evidentă. Pe lângă acest fapt, ești mereu în legătură cu vecinii, care, din pur noroc sunt oameni tare faini, dar păcăliți și ei la rândul lor. Locurile de parcare sunt groaznic de înguste și extrem de scumpe, de parca ar veni cu tot cu mașină :) Partea ‘bună’ e că te scutesc de multe drumuri la spălătorie. Cum plouă, cum se inundă parcarea subterană. La fel și cea exterioară. Putem pescui de pe balcon. În rest ce să mai spun.. toate bune și frumoase :)
Locație centrală, apartamente construite frumos. Perfect nu este niciunde... dar acord 5* pentru întreg conceptul. Mi-au plăcut mult intrarea în ansamblul V5 (pare că ești într-un hotel de 5*) și îmi plac compartimentările. Recomand să vizitați acest ansamblu!
Unul dintre cele mai frumoase ansambluri rezidențiale din Timișoara. Per total înglobează toate avantajele de care ai nevoie într-un oraș cosmopolit precum Timișoara: locație, confort, siguranță, liniște.
