It is about the election held in the building of the college. In the election procedure the new item is to scan your id card. Nothing wrong, unless there were one scan for 1500 people and a scan process with questions, etc lasts about 1 min. Count: 1500 divided to 60 (number people per hour) makes 25. It means that whether everybody had come there no time for everybody to vote. Election time is from 7 to 21! For a line of 10 people in front of me I wait 20 minutes.
