I am a client of this beauty salon since 3 years ago. I am going there for both manicure/pedicure and hair styling. I was always very satisfied about the services, even now, starting with last year, when the new location is not my favorite one, because the first one it was near my home. Even so, I choose to remain their client because the services are very good. The prices are not the cheapest in town, but the quality the of it are the best in town.

I am sick and tired of fancy and overpriced saloons that do not perform, and this one is o that list now. I decided to come for a pedichiure and to be honest, I do it better at home. I just feel like I wasted my money and time here. My heels have been merely touched or softened. But hey they play club music here.. what the heck?? Never gonna come here again.

Very unhappy with the outcome, very unfriendly and no possibility for complaints! I came to Timisoara to visit my friends and we went to this hairdresser to get Grey highlights on my blond hair. I also showed a picture. My friend from Romania translated, because the said they can not speak English. The hairdresser said it will cost around 60 Euro. She seemed very unhappy, unfriendly and impatient. She startet to colour my ground in blonde and continued bleaching the highlights. When washing my hair afterwards, I thought she is cutting of my ear because she was so rude. Then she put a violet/blue colour on all the hair and said we have to wait... We waited 40 minutes (!!) and after washing and drying, I had blue hair, not only strypes, it was on my whole head. I complained but she said it is Not blue, it is Grey... All my friends and the hairdresser in Vienna told me it is blue, Grey and green after one time washing. The fun costet 80 Euro and when we complained about the price, they said it is like that. I would never come again, horrible experience
