I posted a review back in May about the poor communication with clients and lack of professionalism of the sales people, one lady and a man, and my review is gone from this list, very curious. So for those who would read people’s reviews before they go there, and avoid the issues, here is my review AGAIN! A client should be informed about the time of waiting for a car delivery (2 promised days became 22 days), while the car papers came after 35 days(!!!) not the announced 2 weeks, so clients plans for a vacation with their car outside of Romania might have to wait for almost 3 months without knowing that. The dealers could improve their work just by offering good and professional customer service to the clients and not by coming down to the quality of the cars, that are not made by the unprofessional dealers (poor communication, neglect of customers requests, refuse to provide name of manager). If you want to take your complaints further then go to RMB - Casa Auto Timisoara - Mercedes Benz where the management is and good luck!!!
