The desk staff are doing their best to keep up with the constant work and thousands of daily packages. One complaint I have is they change their packaging and packages requirements/exceptions quite often, I myself and others ended up in the situation where our package was refused because of misproper packaging or simply refusing to deliver a specific product. They're one of the most expensive courier services however the delivery system and employees need some improvements.

This is definitely the worst package carrier in Romania. In the future I will avoid online ordering from sites which are using Fan Courier as the only carrier. Based on the AWB number they've picked up my order from 170 km away 6 days ago and there was no update with the package until yesterday morning, when the status was changed to \delivery in progress\, but I wasn't contacted at all about this delivery and more then 30 hours later the status is the same, but I cannot contact anyone from the company. When I'm calling them a phone recording is asking me to check the AWB status online and then the call is ended.
They don't call the receiver, if the phone number is not a romanian one.if they don't deliver the parcel and it comes back, You need to pay for the return as well.
WORST delivery TEAM EVER in Timișoara. My package arrived 7 days ago in Timișoara's deposit and no one processed it yet. Still counting. No one answeres the phone ever.
It goes fast if you have the awb for the packages you are sending
Staff is not very knowledgeable. Come prepared and dont ask to many questions. You will be dissatisfied.
