Is a place where you don’t have option just to go if your id expired, but prepare yourself before, read online and schedule and appointment, otherwise you need patience and to wait a lot.

Avoid. Eni Nicolae and all of the management are absolutely incompetent. Nothing gets done. The whole system is abhorrent. Lines of people from early in the morning until it closes. This goes to show how inept the management is. Their system of helping people get their necessary paperwork that they themselves are required by law to have is a shambles.

Very poor quality services, the order numbers cannot be taken by hours because the lady that is working to this department is simply absent when she supposed to work around 8 hours/day, and if you are not a relative of an employee that is working inside this public institution you have to wait more to resolve your problems.... because there are many relatives in front of you without any order numbers. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Desi ma asteptam sa fie mai complicat si cel mai probabil sa ma si cert cu angajatii din institutie, spre surprinderea mea au facut treaba buna, ne-am inteles si au si respectat termenele stabilite. Iar cand un alt cetatean a ales calea mai scurta si s-a bagat in fata, angajatii l-au tratat corespunzator, rugandu-l sa revina la rand sau sa revina in alta zi cu programare. Am ramas total surprinsa. Ceva s-a schimbat acolo in ultimii ani!

Lucrurile merg bine. Păcat de certificatul de naștere emis ca scrisul cu datele personale ale copilului nu sunt în chenar. Si este un act care îl ai toată viata. Organizarea este ok.
