Although my parcel arrived in country on time (1 day before deadline), and I sent my id as requested via SMS to the local dhl office.. boone contacted me for delivery or details. When I called customer service.. the package being overdue already by 3 days .. was told that I should wait, they can't help me... After another couple of days I went in the local office where owe been treated as if I did not do my part and was told I'm lucky the parcel wasn't sent back.... Was asked to fill out paperwork where I had to agree to pay 20EUR so DHL takes care of the relationship with customs... ( I wonder if I'm going to be charged for "holding" fees or something like it..) Anyway... The whole experience very disappointing.. Will not recommend DHL services for non european parcels..

Am comandat un colet din Franța , iar firma care a trimis coletul , nu a scris nr la care locuiesc ! Primesc mesaj cum ca adresa mea e inexistenta ! Dar nu s-au obosit sa ma sune și sa ma întrebe ! Gen ei nu suna pe nr de Franța ! Suntem in 2021 , nu mai costa o avere ca sa sunam pe nr străine ! Din câte știu , totul e inclus in abonament ! Ca in România , ce mai ! Ma voi duce eu direct la sediu ca sa ridic coletul , ca dacă stau după ei ...
