It is a very nice place to take a walk and relax. Everything is well maintained with a lot of care to each detail. Like, you will hear a Viennese waltz in the stables, so that your imagination is taken to the city were the lipitans are worshiped, Vienna! We only saw the stallions, as the females were taken to another location. We enjoyed a lot interaction with these beautiful and powerful animals, who are also very friendly and sociable.

I love those horses and the surroundings, seeing them running freely and being able to touch their velvety noses. ️ The place needs lots of things, but the horses seem to be well taken care of, and that's the most important. Highly recommended if you love horses and nature.
A real surprise. You go there expecting your run of the mill pony ride and end up visiting a museum of riding equipment, about 100 lipitan studs (the size of which you won't believe) and then the corral with just as many mares and foals and it's just the best. I highly recommend it.
Nice experience & but due to the fact the place is under romanian state budget, it is not really well maintained. It has lots of potential, unfortunately it doesn‘t have enough budget to invest and bring it to higher standards. Best time to visit: June-August & when they have contests. You can have horse rides(every day 10-11 & 13-15:00) or carriage rides. Entrance price: 12 lei. Would definitely recommend it.
Nice place with beautiful lipitan horses. Shame that the Castle Brukenthal it's not open for tourists. Regards S. Manolache
The studs of Romania's Army. Very nice place to visit, especially with children.
