This Pet Shop is very well organised and has a great variety of products for all kinds of pets. But what is most important is that the employees are very kind and informed, and if you ask them, not only that they point you to the right part of the shop, but will also tell you which products are best to buy, those with best ratio quality/ price, and they'll also tell you the offers the shop has; for example, I got today: 2 bag of sand at price of 1; then 2 bags of cat solid food at price of 1; then 24 packs of wet food at price of 18; then 4 bags of treats at 30% off; all this, with the help of a kind employee from shop. So, I am more than pleased.

A well organized and diverse store ,it has all the name brands plus a few less know ones that are surprisingly good ,the employes are very polite and knowledgeable on various topics related to pet care ,overall a good experience ,my only bad experience is with some other customers who seemed a little entiteled / impatient ,but alas ...i cannot downvote random strangers.

Acum 3 luni am cumparat pestisori din acest zoocenter si erau bonlavi,nu i am verificat atunci cand i am cumparat...azi am fost din nou acolo si toti pesti care ii au acolo sunt bonlavi,am sesizat acest lucru.Asa ca atentie mare!

NU vă luați papagali din magazinul asta. Nu va garantez că mai mult de 2 saptamani vor rezista. Mai mulți oameni s-au plâns că mor papagalii și mai mult de 2 sau 3 zile nu au apucat. Papagalii de acolo sunt bolnavi. Daca Ve-ti cumpara de acolo papagali, garantat ve-ti lua ȚEAPĂ!
