The worst private medical centre, my husband had a surgery with Dr Puscasu and we were waiting 2 hours until the doctor came and my husband couldn’t stay on a chair, so he had to wait 2 hours for him to come. The appointment was made for 8:00 pm and he came at 10:00. We paid lots of mony for the worst customer service ever.

Very disappointing experience at the Urology department, where friends or aquaintances of the doctor come in \just to leave some papers\ and then they have a good 20 minutes chat, while us, the commoners, wait outside. That is why the apointments are NEVER on time and in my case the apointment was delayed by almost half an hour while I was waiting with a small child, too. People should stand up for their rights, not just accept the situation as it is. After all, we are paying for a service that we are not getting. Shame!

Tatal meu a fost operat.....liftul defect...in a doua zi..dupa operatie...cobori pe scari..pe langa asta a plecat cu o iritatie...DIN SPITAL...fara sa isi asume cineva acest aspect, a revenit la control...si este purtat de la unul la altul...ca nu e responsabilitatea nimanui..De o luna sta cu mancarime....FOARTE URAT...DIN PARTEA DUMNEAVOASTRA. Pentru asta opteaza lumea sa mearga la privat...si este dispusa sa plateasca...sa nu plece cu fel si fel de infectii spitalicesti...si sa fie tratata...nu plimbata...
