Clean rooms. One of the saunas was out of order during the 10 days we were there. We had breakfast and dinner included. Plenty of food, but of course after a few days it seems all the same. Lots of canned and semi-fabricated meals. Spa staff is very nice and helpful. Mud wraps and other treatments at decent prices.

When you pay extra for a 4 star hotel you do not expect to go back in time. Rooms are outdated, in dire need of renovation. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the management is awful. We could not get any reservation for a massage, or any other treatment. All is booked, yet there are so few guest taking part, understaffed spa, if you can call it that.

Good place to relax. Very nice hotel and spa. Good breakfast and nice staff. Big rooms and nice view to the lake. Spa is clean and has pools with massage (sweat water and salted water)

It is nice for a family trip. But the rooms are a bit small and the furniture is not so impressive....

We were with the children there, great that we could have an extra bed for the small one or a baby bed (sadly not both in one room). A really good solution was to have another room, with an open door between the two rooms so we could put the kids to sleep and then watch tv or talk in the other room, and still hear them should something happen. The food was really tasty, always two soups and 4-5 types of mixable versions. Fish, vegan or vegetarian could be eaten on a daily basis, but do not expect a great variety then. You could also eat a la carte, we did twice. Nice to have to choose from, and actually way more tasteful than the general food that came in heaps. The spa section was clean and actually amazing, as were the rooms, but not squeaky clean. A little dust here and there in the room, ok, perfection is only there when you make it yourself. The park at the doorstep and the lake are amazing. A childrens playground in the park is nice to have. Inside the hotel the designated playground was empty. There is one in the city, but we did not have time to go there. We loved the children's swimmingpool. Be careful thoug, the chlorine levels are not great for small babies with sensitive skin. We did not take our \u003c1 year old into the water. The big one always jumping around always got red eyes at the end of our playhour. All in all, we will come again. We loved it there.
