3 star hotel. Nothing spectacular, but it's very well placed in Sovata, close to The Bear Lake and the center. Also there is a complete treatment basis and spa. Clean, good food, friendly staff.

Good food at decent prices; the hotel itself has been given a modern touch, but there are still elements that betray its oldness. The rooms are alright for a 3-star hotel.
The rooms are ok for 3 stars. The room locks are pretty bad as ours as many others has broken ... Do not expect that the wireless signal will reach you in every room or anywhere in your room. Nor in restaurant. Very poor implementation. The restaurant is not very clean, many waiters are rude, the food looks good for a common cantine - eatery, but not 3 stars. As I said, don't expect very clean plates or forks :). In a food court at mall you may get better food and services. The pool is the worst. It is dirty. The pipes are full of rust, minerals deposits and mold, like almost every metal part you can see. The windows there were not cleaned for quite a while. The ventilation holes which once were white now are almost black, means also that are not cleaned maybe from their installation. I think the danger to catch an infection is rather high in here. Also have problems invoicing, for rooms as for restaurant. People had complained that they don't get any piece of paper for checking. After meal the waiter just asked for 80 Ron, presenting no paper :). Interesting for the owner, I doubt that those money reached him :). Asking at the desk you find that there is not a free room, but maybe half of the floor we were was unoccupied. So, you can get a room if you can bribe someone there. Asking there for invoice you discover that you get the invoice only for a part of the money paid. So we may understand why he (the owner) have not enough money to invest in maintaining the pool or other things. So I wish him more luck and care ...
