Good morning, For the past 2 days I have stayed the Eden complex and the only way I could describe it was awful! I have stayed at many pensions and locations in Romania that have been beautiful and the conditions have been delightful. I was upset to know that they barely offered any services, no coffee or tea provided in the mornings or even a restaurant we could enjoy our food. The management was poor and the manger himself was incredibly rude who gave us an awful attitude.He didn’t even let us eat outside on the new tables renovated and claimed they were for children only when there was no children in sight. He claimed the small houses were “4 star” but the bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper, no shower towels, the bathroom doors didn’t even close and to some how they were attached at tied with string. The showers weren’t even in a closed building they were outdoor. Coming to the point of the little houses they conditions were awful, the smell inside reeked of oldness and it was disgusting and not clean it felt like a pigsty. There was cob webs everywhere and spiders and little bugs coming from everywhere. The laundry on the beds was uncomfortable and so was the beds itself. The table cloths were dirty and unwashed. The toilets were old and disgusting you’d rather go outside in the open and do your buisness. The sink and toilets were unwashed for years and they looked like they weren’t disinfected for ages, no soap to wash our hands or even towels to clean them. I do not recommend anyone to accommodate here and I wish that this complex either shuts down or improves their conditions because we wish for our refund! Denisa-London.

O oaza de liniște!
Am fost la Sovata în august, cazare 5 nopți la Eden. Totul a fost ok, camera mare, curata, terasa mare cu vedere spre pădure și lac. Personalul foarte amabil. Ne-am simtit foarte bine și sigur vom mai reveni.
Mulțumesc gazdelor pentru ospitalitate, ne-am bucurat de un weekend superb, camera a fost neașteptat de spațioasă, iar curățenia impecabilă. Recomand cu tot dragul .
Nagyon nagy plusz volt hogy a gyerekeknek volt mivel lefoglalniuk magukat a játszótéren és örömmel látuk hogy a házikók fejlesztés alatt állnak tekintettel az elkövetkezendő évekre
Condiții excelente de cazare, spațios, totul la îndemână, mobilat și utilat în cele mai mici detalii, curățenie peste tot. Am fost cazați în apartamentul de la parter, care dispune de terasă cu vedere spre pădure și Lacul Ursu. Totul a fost excelent, vom reveni oricând vom avea ocazia.
