Incredibly friendly and reliable staff. They were very patient and very well informed about any product the shop was selling. They weren't shy to say that something looked too expensive for them and doesn't suite your style as you described it. At the end they insisted to make a deal that you are pleased with, in a way that you feel about the deal as a win-win situation (even though I did not bargain for another price, also the discount was substantial). I would gladly and surely come back another day. Prices also seem competitive related to other shops that sell the same quality brands. Thank you again :) !

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always happy not only to give you the best deals but also the best advice even if it means sending you to the competition. Home of Bataleon boards in Romania (which I’m a personal fan of)! PS: they also do a lot of charity work which they don’t advertise, helping people that don’t have the means to get access to snow gear! All round wonderful people!

Excellent shop with very friendly staff! They were also very helpful when I went back to change some stuff from my original order. Probably the best place in Bucharest for snow sport equipment.
Pros: excellent prepared and extremly helpful and friendly staff!(all stores should be like this!), good product range, it's like Disneyland for wintersports products! Coffee, jeager, red-bull, cola or water for clients/customers. Cons: only one change booth(hardly enough); they promised they would work on it and solve this situation. All in all, they have won a new customer today!
