The hotel does not deserve 4 stars, too many things are wrong with the way it is managed and looked after. The worst thing that happened during our stay was when I ordered fish for dinner which tasted like mold. I returned it, but the staff acted like they didn't believe me and I was exaggerating. The next day at the check-out desk there was another guest complaining that her daughter had been sick after having breakfast and at dinner the rice tasted like mold. The receptionist acted very indifferent. The whole experience was awful!

We've stayed here for one night. Pros: - the room and restaurant was very clean - covid measures - breakfast - some restaurant products are delicious (soups and romanian food) decent prices Cons: - price for accomodation (over 100 eur for one night with breakfast) - totally overpriced - international food - please go with the romanian food (which is very tasty). I've ordered some carbonara (made with cream!!.... more like mac&cheese). The pasta was overdone and instead of basil, i've got some mint leaves. - yes, the room was very clean but there were some old pieces of furniture (moquette) bathroom. The rooms needs more attention to details. - sparkling wine was not at the serving temperature (18-20 instead of 8-10 celsius) I don't recommend this place for accomodation... Only the restaurant (but for soups and romanian dishes only). The wines are not properly stored so maybe you should go for a beer... or water.
Definetly recommend this hotel. Great staf, cozy rooms, very spacious bathroom, and it has spa services. money well spent ;)

Great hotel. At the breakfast you can choose whatever you want, it's very variate.
Clean, good breakfast. The parking was full so they pointed us to a 10lei/day parking nearby.
The hotel was really cozy and a great experience! The thing that i didnt like was the fact that evreything at the breakfast was cold. :(
It was not at all a 4 star hotel, not what I expected from the room, neither from the staff and personnel. Manager was absent and the conditions as you can see in the photos poor..very poor. I strongly DO NOT recommend.
