One of the most well known monastery in Romania, Prislop is a pilgrimage place for the believers and a very beautiful landmark for nonbelievers. Even if is fairly busy all year round, it has the “magic” to make you feel at ease and peaceful. With more than enough parking place, even if sometimes there are people who park on the access road, Prislop Monastery is definitely a place to go to.

If Earth is heaven , that must make Prislop it's string of quietness and peace ️. Embraced by my beloved mountains, its a must go and stay for a while. I could live there for 5 lifetime that's how beautiful it is.
It's such a beautiful and quiet place. It's a great stop to get some fresh water for the road. I really liked it.
