Go there for service in december and they say they do it in march the earliest, because it is cold outside and on top of that, they don't even have the required tools for the service, even though they sell the product. Then they ask you why you don't buy from them too and when you ask for spare parts for the wood chipper they sell, they ask you first if you bought it from them. So if you buy a product somewhere else and need spare parts for it, they won't sell them to you, because you didn't buy it from them. They are hungarian.
