Still in the dark ages, wrt digitalization. Nobody answers to email, nobody at phone knows how to handle your situation, inside are ads that advertises digitalization but the reality is totally different. The one star is that the people inside are helpful are knowledgeable. Management is clearly ran by dinosaurs.

Lately, EON has been improving their customer service. I have had several good moments when I had to resolve different issues. They were helpful. They seemed to care. I'm giving 5 stars, because I want to encourage this improvement.
