1. When they admit a patient, they refuse to discuss in terms of “dying”. But after lecturing you enough, they start discussing about the services they offer in case of death: body preparation, priest, chapel, and so on. 2. You go in the so called “palliative care” and they announce you upon admission that they do not have morphine! So, if you go there with a terminally ill patient who needs morphine, make sure you have it in the pocket, otherwise they would kick the patient out without blinking. 3. We went with the patient having intestinal occlusion (complete bowel blockage), and they brought her food like bread, sausages, cheese and aubergin salad. Appalling! No sensitivity at all! What about some ice cream, custard or soup? No care at all about patient’s clinical condition or needs. 4. They advertise on the website that they do pain management. With what? With Panadol? Morphine is not available, they just can’t do it, unless you keep the patient discharged 24 hours and get the prescription from somewhere else. 5. We had to get our loved one suffering in severe pain and admit her in the public hospital to put an end to her pain. 6. So Karl Wolf is NOT paliative care! It is just another version of a home. No proper pain management, no sympathy for the relatives, they are arrogant from the moment you step in. I am deeply disappointed. Shame on them and shame on what they claim they are doing! If it was possible, I would have given them zero stars
