Besides the angry faces of the employees that almost scared us, we had a very bad experience as a whole in this cinema. We bought the tickets and we had to wait till the other movie finished. They have a single hall so we waited till the hall was empty. The movie was supposed to start at 21:00 but nobody entered till 21:05, while we were still waiting in the line to enter, we saw the people hurrying and we thought \they maybe are addicted to trailers\ but after waiting for our turn we understood what was happening. In the moment they opened the door of the hall, they started the movie and the opening credits played with nobody on their seats, the movie started because there were no trailers, the room was completely dark so while the people was trying to get to their seats with the lantern of their mobile phones the movie was playing... When we finally got to our seats we realized that at least 3 minutes were lost from the movie. Also the hall was smelling bad because definitely there was no proper cleaning service. Also in the only hall they have, the screen is small and the air ventilator is bad. Awful experience so I wouldn't recomend it to anyone who respects itself.

Simple no-frills, one-room cinema with good image quality and reasonable staff
Arta Cinema is the only cinema in the city. Until three years ago, it used to play one movie a week, so 4 films per month, but now there are played approximately 4 movies per day for one week (ca. 16 films per month), even 3D movies. The cinema has only one hall, so if you miss the showtime, you have to wait until the film ends, to watch another. The movie theatre is pretty clean, but the seats are pretty old. There is a snack bar as well. Sometimes, you might expect, that the film stops at a scene and the playback is resumed at another scene, so it skips some scenes (but it happens rarely).
Bad client service. Online reservations are not respected. High prices at food's and drinks. Dirty and broken seats.
Good video quality but the main room needs an update.
