I had a really good experience here after an unfortunate light road incident which required some parts and bits to be replaced by an authorized dealer. The communication was done mainly through a staff member called Alexandru T. which was very professional throughout,he provided detailed information about the required work on the car,along with prices and a breakdown and also when I asked the \what do you think I should do\ question he offered good advice which saved me some money in turn,he handled the repair as expected from BMW, professional.Would recommend.

Great customer care. Had issues with my AC while traveling to Brasov. Issue was solved within 30min and without any cost! Friendly and helpful personnel, in particular the service repair lady. Top bmw service, thanks again!
