I have, unfortunately, been forced to come to the conclusion throughout the years that this is the most intolerant, customer unfriendly shop in the city, bar none. There have been numerous accounts, in both my personal experience and of my family members and friends, of employees deliberately being rude and insulting to customers of ethnic minority, refusing to allow employees of differing nationality/ethnicity to exercise their constitutional right to use their native language among their colleagues and customers. In addition, one or two extra item always seems to \accidentally\ find its way onto my receipt, which I have not purchased. Strange.
