Very crowded residential area. The main problems are metro connectivity is little far (around 1 km). The main benefits are the are almost all grocery stores are near by.

The area is full of things you can do. From shopping at the nearest mall, to bars and restaurants. Pros: - Price is lower than petty much anywhere else. - Nice restuarants and bars to hang out. - Nearby Mall with outdoors Cinema which is FREE by the way (at least now in July 2020) - Supermarkets everywhere, and quite a few stores 24/7 - Really nice gyms around and swimming areas Cons: - The roads are being under construction for years now. We had our happy moments when they were finished, but then after a month they began fixing them. Then they were never fixed. - People are driving mad, and the dust from these unfinished roads are killing you in the summer. - Apartments are cheap, and I've had neighbors living 5 people in 1 room apartment. The problem is, that we all understand what kind of humans these people are. - Rainy days are the worsr here. Mud, water everywhere and people keep driving mad (the last one is applicable everywhere in Bucharest) There are definitely more pros to add and a lot more cons as well. But these are the factors that made me move out of here.
this place is a joke on the residents , tiny roads full of potholes , overcrowded by people and cars with 0 chances of finding a parking space , park on the side of the road and local police will give a fine for obstruction of traffic even if they know you have no where to park by a log shot . best to avoid or come by foot and find yourself in a full day adventure because it takes forever to get there
