Unorganized and unprofessional. In the past the service was good but it seems the company has expanded, and hired un-trained people. There was no space for me in the car that was supposed to drop me of at my home. I was moved to another car where the driver and other passenger swore at the organizer because my address was not in the same area the car was heading. The driver dropped me of 50meters from where I live, after I asked him to turn to the correct block, he just dropped me of and I had to walk with a big amount of very heavy luggage. I will not use the service again!

Lack of professionalism in the last couple of years. Drivers attitude towards the customers is extremely disappointing . Made a reservation couple of days ago from Bucharest Airport to Constanta via Wahtssup and i haven't been asked my final address in Constanta , I thought it was normal since every time i went with this company i was asked about my address only when i arrived in Constanta. Now, the city drivers were extremely confused about where the customers final addresses were telling that they don't have enough spaces for the luggages there were not enough cars , 1 coming late and the driver was telling me that he must take me to an address that i was living way before, when i first registered to them i believe more than 5 years ago.. He was telling me that i'm not allowed to change address.. ... Flash news dude : Nobody asked me where should i be transported when i arrive in Constanta . and i have the wahtssup conversation to prove that and will also contact ANPC . You didn;t even care to apologize Therefore i used a TAXI and screw their services . Totally not recommend

They tried to rip us off and didn't wait for us even if they knew exactly at what we landed at Otopeni (we had paid in advance, big mistake). The driver was erratic and dangerous. The bus is unsafe and falling apart. UNSAFE, DISHONNEST, UNPROFESSIONAL.

They left the airport before I took my suitcase even if they knew I was there. The \customer service\ representative had the guts to tell me it was my fault. The just don't give a damn about customers. The driver was speaking at the phone while overtaking other cars on secondary road, almost suicidal.
