Every room has its problems, small chance that you find one where everything works. At least the TVs have been changed in the last years. First of all the keycards don't work properly, they fail 7 out of 10 times, the rooms were not cleaned properly (i found remains of paint on the lamps near the bed since last time the walls were painted, not to mention the dust on them). The beds were very uncomfortable in both rooms that i stayed in, i had to move around to find a spot where the springs in the matress won't stick in my back, the shower cabins were leaking and had blight. I don't recommend staying here.
The only two good things about it are the location and the staff. The place itself is old and rather dirty. Water had no pressure, the faucets where broken or unusable, there is no elevator. Furniture was also old and weird. No need to come here again...
The place was great before, now it needs a renovation. Even outside place should all be paved
I'm giving two stars and not one because the food was good and the majority of staff members were nice. So here's what went wrong: after two days of waiting for my laundry (promised to be ready the same day, or the next day at worst) I asked the receptionst again (about the third time when I said I really need my clothes because I have nothing to wear) she started to argue with me. She said "don't make me mad" and that "we" are rude, although I alone had this problem. My clothes were still wet, I said it's better to have them like that, I'll manage to dry them somehow, than not having them at all. She wanted to measure them wet, to see how much I have to pay. I said I want to talk to the manager. "he's not in" she replied. "No problem, give me his phone number or the claims book". She refused. Then as the manager/owner walked by, she asked him to come there. I asked him if he's the manager. He said it doesn't matter. After I told him what happened, he said I don't have to pay for the laundry, and that was that. He wasn't friendly at all. By the way it was really cold in the building so I caught a really bad cold, as I had most of my clothes in the laundry.
Perfect place in nature. Hotel surrounded by forest. Great food at the restaurant.
The bathroom was in a poor state, especially the shower cabin. The room and the bathroom need more attentive cleaning.
