The room very dirty and not for a 4* hotel, hair dryer not working, bed was dirty, also a lot of things were broken in the room, also very poor breakfast

very few locations in the area have the facilities of this hotel. Swimming pool and generous terrace where you can relax in peace. The rooms are clean and made in the style of the mountain area. I personally recommend the location.
My experience overall it was fantastic, I would highly recommend it! The place feels so cozy and welcoming and the staff so friendly but professional in the same time. You guys, honestly, made my weekend amazing!!!!
AVOID THIS LOCATION - rude, arrogant and aggressive owner, not to mention that cold, disrespectful reception lady - poor services inside the property - weird smell in the rooms (not ventilated), veeery thin walls - tiny pool, oh and you can access it only if you order something from their bar - I might have missed a few but you got the point. NOT a pleasant experience overall
Decent rooms and facilities, but very poor services from the unfriendly staff, of which I write a few of the many experienced there in two days: - breakfast was included in the booking but denied on premises, and no flexibility to serve it earlier than 8.30 - interested people are treated indifferent to rude when hotel is fully booked and show up asking for rooms - many many other small things that made our stay less than ideal.
We stayed for one night at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing billiards in the lounge before bed. Parking was easy and the room was very clean. Good value for the price.
