This is a good location for families, but not only. The apartments are roomie and are well equiped. We especially liked the open space living room kitchen with bar. The location is on the side of the road to 3 brazi in a quite location. There are no markets around, so be prepared to take the car for a 5 min trip if you run out of bread, walking around is not recommended after night fall as bears might be searching for food. But if you are in need of something you can ask the host, they are really kind and willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We travelled on family with a 1year old. I recommend to get an apartment with balcony.
We chose a 2 bedroom apartment for our family trip to Predeal which was placed in the attic (I personally didn't mind to climb up and down 48 steps, as we came here for exercise, fresh air and relaxation), with one toilet with a shower. The windows are on the ceiling, except for the one in the kitchen. I loved to see the mountain and trees tops, the rain, cloud and moon through them. The smaller apartments have balcony and are situated on the lower floors, in a total of 16 apartments. Parking lot, free wifi and barbeque stand are available for the customers. It is cosy and clean, the sheets on the bed are clean and smell really fresh and nice. Beds are comfy. Rooms are spacious and you can adjust the air and water temperature. You can also drink the tap water since it comes from the river and it's filtered. The kitchen is in the same room with the living (the hood is not functional) which has a TV, a table for max 6 people and an extendable couch. We felt very comfortable here and the owners are very nice and hard working people.
This a beautiful residence, big appartment, everything new, nice view. Close to Clabucet ski domain and easy access from DN.
Nice and spacious apartments, and if you can take the last floor you will see the stars in night.
