Superb cinema which I have visited/enjoyed regularly since opening, clean, nicely decorated and illuminated wide access areas; easy and quick access from the underground parking lot by the eastern elevator of the Mall. Friendly and attentive staff and management including on the late after midnight hours of premieres; had comfortable seats and temperature control all the time. A great cinema experience regarding sound and image, including 3D. Very good services at the bar, cafe and tickets counters, has also an automatic tickets machine for those bought online(which I used with ease since 2017), didn't had to wait more than 10 mins at the busiest times. The cafe has comfortable seating. Comfortable couches and armchairs in the waiting areas. Toilets of the Cinema City are very clean, have premium equipment and always have amenities.
