I went inside to buy an item for a colleague of mine. The place hasn't changed since the last time I went. While some parts of the store are fully packed with helpful individual, others are lacking. I couldn't find a salesman in sight, which is always annoying. Don't you just hate it when you need some advice and there's not a soul in sight to provide it?! The cashiers haven't changed at all. In fact, they've got worse. I get it everybody has a bad day, but not saying hello back to a paying customer, it's respectless. If the bodyguard was welcoming, I cannot say the same about those tired women, who, at times, seem to hate their job and their life. Everything is transparent in life and their lack of respect for themselves and their customers doesn't leave you with a nice, warm feeling inside. When are those big stores going to learn that your employees are your biggest and most precious commodities? I have given up going to some stores due to their personnel. It's sad to know that you need something but dread the idea of having to deal with unfriendly people. I know the store pretty well, as I have spent thousands of euros inside when I built my house, so, I am pretty entitled to have an opinion. As Chris Voss says: the last impression is a lasting impression and the cashier impression is, sadly, not a happy one, as you are about yo walk out of the store.

They seemed to have everything I was looking for but the best part in my opinion, there lots of people available to help me find what I was looking for and when I asked for help, they took me to where the stuff was and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I will shop here from now on for my hardware needs.
Best place in town to by ready made curtains. Nice and affordable fabrics, nice and kind personnel.

Good and popular place, but you need to watch the price tag as they tend to mix in expensive items with the good offers
A lot of stuff, some with better prices than other similar stores. Difficult to get attention from staff, they continously acting as busy. Hard to pull information and sometimes they do nit know what they are selling.
