Currently on a cycle tour of Romania, and front brake suddenly stopped working. Took it in, guys looked at it, sorted it, also lubed my chain and got me a new bar end plug. And then refused to take any money!! Quick, cheerful, helpful. Both English speaking as well (though I do realise I should be speaking Romanian whilst in Romania!)

Great experience. Had the rear wheel out of center and needed to fix it. Was in transit in Pitesti so I was in a hurry - no time to leave the bike in service. Actually tried a few different other places before that - all told me to leave the bike with them for a few days. Was very delighted to find that bCycle guys were very helpful in this matter. They fixed it in about 10-15 minutes on the spot. Was not overcharged in my opinion which was great. They seem very professional. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a good and fast \bCycle\ service. Thank you.
Awesome awesome cycle shop. I’m a Brit touring through Romania and had some bike issues. Within seconds they had the bike on the stand, fully serviced it, replacing chain, rear cassette and rear wheel bearings. They’re resourceful and made everything work, despite not having the exactly necessary part for the rear hub. And they charged me the bare minimum. I honestly cannot are the these guys highly enough. It’s clear they love what they do and excel at it. Thank you.!

buna ziua, efectuati si montaj de bicicleta la domiciliu? Am o bicicleta electrica noua ce treb montata in Leordeni si nu se poate deplasa.

Puțin dezamăgit de serviciile oferite. Cu toate că băieții sunt de treabă și mi-au explicat care e faza cu revizia, după ce am luat bicicleta în iunie, aveam niste sunete ciudate de la transmisie. Am crezut că o să se regleze in timp, dar nici până acum nu am scăpat de acel sunet. Pe lângă asta, când am vorbit cu un angajat la telefon mi s-a spus că cineva o să se uite la bicicletă și o sa îmi zică ce e de schimbat, ce trebuie reglat și un preț pentru ce o să fie schimbat/reglat la bicicletă, dar când am dus bicicleta nu s-a uitat nimeni la ea, mi s-a dat un preț standard și mi-au spus că o să mă sune ei când e gata. Bicicleta la care s-a făcut revizia este un Romet Rambler 26
