Flight Timisiora - Iasi in tiny ATR42, my favourite plane. Free refreshment and luggage allowance. Easy check-in. No stupid discussions regarding hand luggage :) Plane was really dirty inside:(

Our daughters flight was canceled then I managed to change it for an available date but they sent me the ticket on a wrong route. Since then I tried to call the call center to fix the problem and are already 4 hours since I try their line available 24/7 never answer. I wrote an email too, no answer. I made a complaint no answer. I cannot book online as we need minor child assistance wich is not possible to do online. You can not reach them on a webchat or to have a true call center 24/7 as they say

Flight from Brussels to Bucharest and back. 737. Warm meal on board, was ok, but nothing special (pasta). You can choose any drink and additional coffee or tea is served. Friendly staff.

Almost one hour to get to the counters. Huge row in front, getting bigger and bigger behind me. Never flying with you again if I can avoid it

Apparently their website doesn't work to see a flight using the e-ticket number. No one answers the phone, I have right now more than 50 calls to the airport office; their personnel can't route the baggage to the final destination (although they are very well able to issue the boarding pass for the next/connecting flight), making travelers pick up the baggage on the connecting airport, pass immigration and customs and run to another terminal, considering also the fact that Tarom flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, which meant losing the connection.
