After many times me and my team alway passing by this hotel every time we arriving or departing from the airport in Bucharest now we felt uncomfortable at the way we been welcomed. My office always make the booking through booking.com with company card and never had a problem..... This time when we arrived even showing our names at the booking.com reservation the receptionist said that we can’t check in because the owner of the company card wasn’t together. But after state that he let us check in.... Moreover he also asked me for blocking my credit card for damage deposit. What damage???? Are we savages now??? We came for 1 single night before fly at 06:00am next day and the receptionist even want to lecture me saing that this a worldwide procedure in all the hotels. Come on!! Its NOT! We basically live in hotels around Europe 10 months per year and we just need a smile and someone that can treat us with dignity and not as a second class citizen. Out of that the bedrooms are good. Always clean and good food is well. Location premium close to the airport. My only complaint is the way we have been received. First impressions says a lot.
I only stayed here for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. It's important to know they also offer shuttle from the airport to hotel. That's great since the distance is small (30 minutes walk) and the taxi drivers usually don't want to drive for such short distance.
I was so looking forward to my overnight stay at RIN. I had to ask four times where the shuttle parks - from other shuttle drivers. The hallways smelled of smoke, I was worried my room was going to smell as well… Thankfully it did not. I went to the desk 2 times to report that my air conditioning was not working, they assured me both times "no, it is working" … Very hot night. I opened the windows and heard inbound airplanes coming in and had to choose my poison, either try to sleep through jet engine noise or sweat. I can’t come back, rustic restaurant in the hotel was my only highlight, good authentic Romanian food and a good selection at complementary breakfast.
Clean and good looking. Also, the long term parking is excellent :)
Excellent hotel, especially for people visiting the airport area. Friendly staff! Nice rooms and good optional swimming pool. The two restaurants are good, especially the more traditional one.
Concierge were helpful, and the room was clean. The food at the rustic restaurant was average, don't expect anything gourmet.
A lovely hotel, located just next to the airport. Perfect for a short stay in Bucharest. Nice rooms and lovely breakfast. Nice staff. Late check-out granted, no problems. Thank you. I had a short pleasent stay.
