Took quite a while to check in and get the keys. Wasn’t exactly very easy or clear who to get to the car hire. The information from car rentals, and the car company was the rental was basically right within the airport area. It wasn’t easy to find, we had to take a shuttle to get to it. The car received was in good condition, returning the car too was no hassle. We didn’t get a penalty for anything so that was a relief. As always, staff always want to rush you through the important checks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Car was new and clean. As soon as I left, I did get an alert that the tire pressure was low and the car needed to be serviced immediately, but I called the company and they said they were aware and I wouldn’t have any problems with the car. Everything was fine and I will be returning to rent from them again.

Really bad experience. I booked automatic car and unlimited miles, they said they don't have an automatic car and that I have to pay for unlimited miles (around10 euros a day). The agent Alexandru was rude, refused to talk to the booking agent to clarity the situation and has refused to provide a complaint form. They have called the security (3 cars) to take me out as they did not want to provide a complaint form (head office said I should). Other rental companies nearby do the same, they call security if they do not want to answer the client's questions. Look for professionalism and for companies who care for clients. This company does not care, they just cancel your booking if you don't pay extra. You have limited rights as a client. Beware!!!

Pinned us for minimal existing damage, we did could not possibly check when picking up the car at night. When bringing the car back they charged 15 for washing the car (very expensive). The tiniest scratches (which we did NOT cause) we're attributed to us, while we did have insurance it was a lot of trouble to get our money back. Do not rent from these scammers!
