Should really be 0 stars - the place is dodgy as hell! On car collection the guy was very pushy, trying to sell us his car insurance product. When we refused, we had to sign a list which itemised how much we’d have to pay for every tiny damage. It was already night time when we collected the car and it was only lit from one side, the other side we inspected using only our phones as flashlights. Needless to say, upon car return, the “owner” found some mini-dents, which I didn’t really even pay attention to on collection, on the side that was in the dark on the original inspection. 400 gone - boom! He tried the trick with my card not working, then not working card terminal, but eventually I made him accept my card and the transaction magically went through... Luckily I had my separate travel insurance that covered car rental excess - I hope that their liquidators made sure that these dents were fully repaired! Avoid! Avoid!! Avoid!!!

DONT USE!!!! ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. They use bullying and abuse to charge EU550 for damage you don't actually do! Made up damage reports, fraud, intimidation. These people should be locked up! DONT USE!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute rip off, I wish I had seen the other reviews before booking with them. The employee who took "care" of us was highly unpleasant and rude. On top of this and as the other reviews indicate, he extorted 100 from us for insurance claiming my credit card did not work (it works everywhere else). The car was dirty and the location for drop off is an absolute nightmare to find. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
DE EVITAT. Niste hoti care vor sa iti banii pe orice zgarietura cat de mica chiar daca nu ai facuto tu. Daca ajungeti noaptea te pun pe tine sa verifici repede masina intr-o curte slab luminata sa le spui tu ce bube are sa le treaca pe un formular iar daca ai ratat o zgarietura sau un semn cat de mic te incarca. Iar cand o aduci inapoi ei o verifica si cu lupa. Asiguratea care incearca sa ti-o bage pe gat este mai mare decat platesti pe masina si nu iti spun daca nu iti convine ai putea face in altaparte o Asigurare.
OSTRZEŻENIE! Obsługa firmy prawdopodobnie dokonała zniszczenia mojej karty kredytowej w trakcie gdy pobierana była kaucja za wynajem samochodu. Zniszczenie karty poskutkowało tym że nie mogłem wpłacić depozytu. W tej sytuacji nakazano mi wpłatę ubezpieczenia w wysokości 285 euro za tydzień. Gdy odmówiłem zostałem wyrzucony na bruk bez samochodu i ważnej karty.
TRUFFATORI...non noleggiate una macchina in questo posto!!! quando siamo arrivate ci hanno fatto fare il controllo dell'auto al buio(perché era sera) dove era impossibile vedere tutti i difetti dell'auto e in qualche modo alla riconsegna trovano un graffietto di 400euro per addebitarlo all'assicurazione. Diffidate !!!
Hola, me estropearon la tarjeta de crédito para cobrar ellos el seguro o evitar que puedas alquilar el coche, no alquilar con estos ladrones. Nos querían echar del lugar con muy malas maneras, gracias a retalcars lo pudimos solucionar, pero se salieron con la suya. Paso foto del desperfecto ocasionado.
ATTENZIONE!! sono dei ladri!! Alla riconsegna della macchina trovano qualsiasi difetto per far pagare soldi in più (400 nel nostro caso). Da evitare nel modo più assoluto.
