I rented twice from them in the past 2 months. Compared to other car rental companies in the Bucharest Airport (and I did that quite a few times) with them I had the best experience. Very fast formalities, the staff was very helpful, the cars were both very new and in good shape. It would seem normal to be in good shape...but not in Romania. With other companies I had quite a few problems (missing oil, washing liquid, tire pressure, not getting the child seat I reserved months ahead etc.) with these guys everything was as expected. On both occasions they offered to drive me to the airport in the actual car vs using the shuttle as it would be more comfortable (avoiding to taking out and in and out the luggage etc)

Complete utter useless staff. We booked 3 months ahead, received the confirmation by email and thought it would be 0 problem like it has been every other time we rented a car in Europe. Instead, the staff refused to give us our booking because we lacked an international drivers license, they handed us some wrinkled printed out website sheet saying our embassy requires us to have one to rent a car. NO WHERE in our confirmation did it ever say that any of that documentation was required or we would have easily acquired one and brought it with us. The staff was not just 0 help they were confrontational and condescending. They weren't willing to work with us or help in any way. We contacted Enterprise corporate head office who asked to speak with the desk attendants and explained to them that the booking had been made months ago and accepted and they quoted directly from their own policy that an international drivers license is NOT required for a standard car. However, the staff still refused to rent the car and the head office told us that since it's a franchise they cannot force them to follow procedure. We ended up spending 6 hours at the airport. I will never ever rent from Enterprise again and definitely not at this location. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. At the end of the ordeal, they basically hung up the phone on us and abandoned us in a foreign country with no way to leave the airport, saying we can go try some other local company if we choose to.

Never use this Alamo office. I don't want to repeat previous reviews, but my story was exactly the same as others: I didn't have International Driver Licence. When I arranged my reservation 2 weeks in advance this condition was not included in the list of requested documents emailed by receptionist (Andrey). It was strange for me that the receptionist (Andrey) was happily exited later on to see me and my wife in difficult situation in foreign country without transport.

I rented a Car over the weekend, the Person at the Desk was little unfriendly but at the Parking Garage was really nice. Its 5 minutes from Airport. The Car was clean n in a good condition. i can rent it once more. This time Experience was not bad. Imp thing - Caution Money is without Taxes, there shuld be enough balance on credit card. Paperwork was fast.

It was my second time renting from Enterprise from airport and I'm very pleased with the service received. Staff is very friendly and polite. My friend drove us from airport to the Enterprise car park which is not very far, so we reached there very fast after getting the car rental contract. The car ( a brand new Renault Megane ) was waiting for us with the engine running and air conditioning on ( it was a very hot summer day ). A very nice start for our trip to Brasov.

ALLERT: ALAMO-ENTERPRISE (same company)Renting cars with major safety issues! Recommend taking the time and checking the car THOROUGHLY! DON'T RELY on their reassurance of the integrity of the car at pickup.! After being delayed aprox 5 hrs, picked up the car just to find out headlights NOT WORKING. The car was rented out in the evening and staff was aware that I had to cross the mountains that night. Unfriendly, and extremely unwilling to help staff. Renter BE AWARE!
