This is the building where the company I work for has the office. The building is very clean and I'm referring here to elevators, rest rooms, common spaces, everything. What I personally don't like is that the toilets are not in the office space, but in the common space, near the elevators. Near the first two buildings two other ones are under construction. The only minus, is that the ventilation system is not the best, I've seen better. Also nothing green is implemented, no solar panels, no CO2 or power consumption reduction..

Great office building park, restaurant and shop on site, green spaces, easy access on foot to Promenada Mall. Good quality materials both inside and outside.
