5 lei to climb the tower (about 1.20 USD). Narrow passage ways at times, but overall fairly easy to climb. Great views out over the city too. At the top, there are plaques showing directions and distances to various cities around the world which I thought was a nice touch. The lady running the desk downstairs was very friendly and helpful - even recommending other things to do in Oradea. It's worth a visit.
Beautiful architecture.
Public parc has no public toilet or place to change a child. There's a big lock on what it seemed to be a public (dirty) toilet. For a couple of tourists, such as ourselves, it meant 25 minutes of walking around and asking. Disapointing, truly, too bad the center looks nice.
Visiting the tower was a great experience. It has a nice view. Always look at your watch, you don't want to get caught taking pictures under the bell. It rings every 30 minutes I think.
