Pros: 1) location- 10 minute walk from shopping center, 15 minute walk from main plaza 2) absentee landlord/host- No in person meet & greet, contact only via text and phone 3) ample available parking 4) key pick up & drop off via mailbox 5) affordability in comparison to other locations in the area 6) nice refrigerator Cons : 1) smell of cigarettes- no doubt from previous travelers and from other nearby residents. 2) tired looking uncomfortable sofa 3) lumpy squishy mattress 4) only two mushy pillows made available 5) no complimentary beverages/water 6) no shower curtain. Had to mop bathroom floor after each shower 7) faulty hair dryer could not be used due to it starting to smoke and smell like burnt rubber. Very dangerous especially in light of the wet floor 8) no ironing board or iron- had to wear wrinkled shirt to business meeting since did not find this out until morning of the meeting. 9) dogs barking throughout the night caused sleepless nights 10) weak WIFI 11) empty plug in air freshener: Definite fire hazard since it was left on. We shut it off and removed it. 12) not enough towels- we had to contact host for towels which were left on door handle the next day 13) we had to buy toilet paper (only 1.5 rolls) and paper towels (none provided) 14) extremely limited kitchen utensils and dishes. What was there were all mismatched & chipped 15) dangling ceiling lamp in foyer

He has no word. I called for making the checkin and he asked me to wait. (For what i dont know) then i called many times and in the end he answered saying why I m rushing???! I tried to cancel the booking because he was speaking really bad and we started to argue on the phone! 0 customer service provided!!!
