Cowboys don't even deliver parcels you have to chase them with a North Korea style protocol just to get your parcel lol. DHL, Ups or fan courier are the best here.

Well trained employees. Service model is not adecvate for Romania. Spent good half an hour trying to find the office. Signage is not visible and google maps alert only after you passed the entrance, issue that can easily Fixed in 2 minutes, if only someone would care. Honestly, I think the prices are waaaaaaaay too high for Romania.
