Avoid,avoid, avoid is the best advice I can give, they’re 1 star is too good they should get Zero Excellent when everything is fine and no issues but when there’s a problem they do anything not to deal with it, they destroyed 900lei of clothes by ironing them too hot, the owner sorin first tried to say that it wasn’t their fault but when I showed him the tags with cleaning details he apologised and said he’d fix them but when I came back a few days later nothing had been fixed, owner not there and no one could speak English. They basically ignored me until I left and I would have considered myself a good customer spending 100-200lei there every week. Definitely a place to avoid
