Very unprofessional! We went there to buy air conditioner machine. We enetered the store and all the staff was sitting down on their phone and chatting. They did not bothered to come and ask if we need help. After I went there and ask for someone to help us, it still took 5 minutes for them to call someone. We bought the machine and they promise to deliver it in 2 days. The day we were supposed to receive it i had to message customer service in Bucharest to ask what is happening, because there is no phone number for the store. Late in the night they called to let me know that the product won't be delivered util the next day. Even the next day we received it very late in the afternoon. No one messaged or called to let us know that they will be late with the delivery. Maybe you have cheaper stuff but at the end of the day what matters is the customer service and the service you get. Not that you save 50 lei.
