Valami nincs rendben. Rendeltem volt egy Beko 10 kg kapacitású mosógépet, nem is olcsó 2xxx lej értékü házhoz is érkezett. Kibontáskor látva a következő szálítási hibákat, ami nem a Flanco üzlet hibája: oldala betojpadva, háta betojpadva, na meg a tetejét egy savar se tartotta, mind ha félig szerelt mosógép lett volna. Másnap hívtam a futárt, el is szállították. Na de itt jön a csattanó, hogy az elszálítástól el telt több mint egy hét, és még az óta se a Flanco üzlet nem tudott sokat mondani, na meg a futárt hiába hívom, mert AWB számot kér. Na most akkor mi van? Ki rendezi el, hogy házhoz is jusson a kifizetett értékü mosógépem, hát nem a Flanco üzlet kéne?
